Go-live checklist
An EA trades a play only after it shows PASS: at least 40 graded signals AND better than random by more than luck explains.

Stock research — every gapper, not just alerts
At 4:05pm the desk replays its three plays over the top 20 gappers and yesterday's movers and grades each first trigger against random entries, the same way as alerts. Research only: it never sends an alert and is not part of the go-live gate. Premarket bands test whether the edge sits above 20–50% of a normal day's volume; the hold columns show what keeping the trade (original stop) to the close of day +1, +3 and +5 would have done instead of selling at 3:55pm. Read nothing into a row until it has 40.

FX signals — daily 5pm grade
Each day at 5pm (your time), cards whose 72-hour window closed that day are compared with a random pair and direction over the same window. Trade signals that hit their stop, target or time limit that day are shown in R after spread.

Process — do the rules behind the signals work?
Each rule splits signals into two groups. KEEP = the rule's side wins by more than luck; BACKFIRING = the other side wins; UNPROVEN = 40+ each but too close to call; NOT YET = under 40 on a side.
